The checkout page of our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction, our products are covered by a 14 day no quibble guarantee*. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery .

Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to sales@forevermemories.co.uk or faxed to 01384 878555 within 24 hours of placing your order.

Forever Memories do NOT disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.

Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
