Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction, our products are covered by a 14 day no quibble guarantee*. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery .

* Does not apply to personalised items

Items may be returned after the 14 day period and before a 28 day period after sale as long they are still in pristeen condition. A restocking charge of 25% will apply in all cases.
