• You will also receive a proof of the 12' design to check for any spelling errors or to make sure no one is missing from the design.

How do I get a pack?

Email hoodiesgalore@forevermemories.co.uk and request you FREE introduction pack leaving the following details.

• Your full name
  
• Contact telephone number
  
• School name
• School address
• Where you heard about us?
• Style of hoodies for pack along with sizes and colours you would like to see.
  (Please note, these will not be printed as these are for sizing purposes only.)
• List of your year names (preferred in a word document in none table format)
  
• A high resolution jpeg of your school crest (300dpi jpg, pdf or eps file)
• Chosen design or your own design

*(Please note that the American apparel brand will require a £25.00 refundable deposit and only one sample per school will be sent. You may add 2 different hoodies along with the one American apparel hoodie to make your pack up to 3 hoodies).

When you have finished with the 3 sample hoodies?

The mug is for you to keep, but we kindly ask that you return the 3 sample hoodies to the following address once you have finished with them for sizing.
