How to Order Online If you are new to our website then these notes will help explain how to use the ordering facility. Sometimes it helps to print this page out and use it for reference. |
| 1) Ordering a Product |

To
order a product simply type the quantity you require and press  . |

The next screen will display the product details and if all is correct simply click the 'Confirm' button. Options are also available to return to the product page and amend your details or cancel the item. After you have confirmed the item it will be added to your basket and you can use the menu on the left of the screen to work through the website and add as many different items as you wish. |
| 2) View Basket |

| You can check your order at any time by clicking on the Basket link towards the top of the page. This will list all the items that you have added to your basket. You can also use this screen to remove unwanted items or check details of a product. | |
To
remove an item, just click the  button

| Tip - You can check the basket as often as you wish. |
| 3) Check Out |
|
When you have
added all the items you require to the basket, the final stage
is to Check Out. First, click  .
You now need to enter your name and address and any personalisation
that you require. Click the 'Proceed' button and you will be
shown a summary of your order. This will show the total order
value including postage and packing. You then have
the option of paying for the goods by either credit card or cheque. |

to pay by credit card, simply enter your details and click You will be sent an email confirming the details you entered into the website. |

cheque or postal order simply select  . After reviewing your order details click  and
your order form will be automatically printed out from the website.
Simply attach a cheque for the Total Cost and post to Forever
